Meet Your Team
David Berg
David brings 10+ years of corporate experience, most recently working for top digital consultancies, helping Fortune 500 clients synthesize market trends, understand consumer behavior and achieve business goals.
Launching the d21 Agency was a venture born out of a growing passion to foster a more meaningful impact and help local business optimize their full potential.
Education:
· MBA Marketing & Competitive Strategy - University of Rochester
· BS Economics - George Mason University
Personal Interests
David is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and likes to spend his spare time crafting the optimal fantasy football lineup, adventuring outside with his pup, Millie, or chasing the thrill of the powdery slopes on a perfect ski weekend.
Ashwin Saidha
Ashwin brings 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, marketing and client service, serving organizations such as the Federal Trade Commission, Lockheed Martin Corporation and most recently at McKinsey & Company.
He is deeply passionate about helping small businesses and has worked as a pro-bono consultant for multiple nonprofits in the Washington, DC area.

· BS Finance - George Mason University
Personal Interests
Ashwin enjoys his time off at the beaches in St. Petersburg, traveling to music festivals around the world, playing soccer and kickball in the local leagues and cooking all types of cuisine for friends and family.
